Easy method – just 30 seconds handling time

The revolutionary LYNX technology is easy and quick to use, requiring only 30 seconds hands on time regardless of sample size! Simply add your antibody to a tube of LYNX mix and the label is covalently attached to your antibody in a gentle and controlled process. This means you can spend time on your research, rather than on conjugating antibodies.
 

 
1) To the antibody sample, add 1 µl of the LYNX Modifier Reagent for every 10 µl of antibody. Mix gently. 2) Pipette the resulting Antibody-Modifier mixture directly into the vial of LYNX lyophilized mix and gently pipette up and down twice to resuspend. 3) Replace cap on vial and incubate at room temperature (20 - 25OC) for at least 3 hours in the dark, or overnight if preferred.* 4) After incubation, add 1 µl of LYNX Quencher Reagent for every 10 µl of antibody used. Leave to stand for 30 minutes.
