Targeted siRNA delivery - now available from Nordic Biosite
|
The brand new kits, NeuroAimTM and MyeloAimTM, enables targeted in vivo delivery to neural and myeloid cells respectively. Both kits are also available for targeted delivery in vitro. The NeuroAimTM kit allows targeted delivery of siRNA across the blood-brain barrier in mice and rat and will enable down regulation of genes in neural cells. The MyeloAimTM allows specific targeting of monocytes, macrophages and dendritic cells. This opens new possibilities in studying systemic effects of gene expression in specific cells.
