Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stimulated with PMA + Ionomycin for 6 hours (in the presence of monensin), surface stained with CD3 FITC, fixed, permeabilized, and then stained with IFN-gamma (Clone 4S.B3) Brilliant Violet 421™ (top) or mouse IgG2, k Brilliant Violet 421™ isotype control (bottom).
 
 
 

Stable solution for intracellular staining

The LeucoPerm™ reagent allows you to perform reliable staining of intracellular targets in two simple steps.

 

Incubate for 15’ with fixation reagent A, followed by 30’ with the permeabilisation reagent B.


Will work for all intracellular antigens and for most fluorochrome conjugates.
