Immunogen The monoclonal antibody was produced in Balb/c X ICR F1 mice using recombinant hMIG as the immunizing antigen.
Notes MIG, a member of the alpha-chemokine family (CXC) of cytokines, is produced by stimulated monocytes, macrophages and endothelial cells. It signals through the CXCR3 receptor.
Alias Names monokine induced by interferon-gamma, CMK, MIG, SCYB9, C-X-C motif chemokine 9, Gamma-interferon-induced monokine, HuMIG, Humig, crg-10

Product Type Antibodies Primary
Protocol ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 µL/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/mL of this antibody will detect at least 1000 pg/mL of recombinant human MIG when used with our biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human MIG (XP-5231Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 1.0-2.0 µg/mL. Sandwich: To detect hMIG by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.50-2.0 µg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hMIG is 0.25-0.50 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions and 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under reducing conditions.
Purification Protein A Purified
